By sending us your quilt you are trusting us (thank you!) to do the best job we possibly can. Please know that every care will be given to make sure your quilt turns out beautiful, but also please acknowledge that mistakes -although rare- can happen. 

Please do your best to prepare your quilt top. Check to make sure your top and backing are squared up, seams are pressed and your service order is in the box.
